This Privacy Policy explains how InGrow (“we”, “us”, or the “Service”) collects, uses, and safeguards your information when you use our AI LinkedIn content tool. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

Account information. When you sign up we collect your email address and authentication credentials, handled by our authentication provider.

LinkedIn connection. If you connect LinkedIn, we store the access tokens and basic profile identifiers needed to publish posts on your behalf via LinkedIn's official API. Tokens are stored encrypted and are used only to publish content you approve or schedule.

Content you create. The niches, keywords, descriptions, voice/tone settings, generated drafts, and scheduling preferences you add to the Service.

Usage data. Basic operational data such as how many posts you have generated (for plan limits), your plan status, and log data used to keep the Service running and secure.

How we use your information

We use your information to provide and operate the Service: to research topics, generate posts in your chosen voice, schedule and publish content to your LinkedIn account, enforce plan limits, send you notifications about your account, and to secure, maintain, and improve the Service.

Third-party services

We rely on trusted third parties to run the Service, and only share the minimum data needed for each: a cloud database and authentication provider (to store your account and content), an AI provider such as Google Gemini (to generate post text from your niche inputs), web-search providers (to research topics), LinkedIn (to publish your approved content), an email provider (to send account notifications), and our hosting platform. Each provider processes data under its own terms and privacy policy.

Data security

We take reasonable measures to protect your data. Sensitive credentials such as LinkedIn tokens are encrypted at rest, database access is restricted per user, and secrets are never exposed to the browser. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information using industry-standard practices.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You can delete your niches and content at any time, and you may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

Your rights

You may access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To make a request, or to disconnect LinkedIn (which revokes our access to publish), use the in-app settings or contact us at the address below.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to operate the Service. We do not use them to sell your data. Disabling essential cookies may prevent the Service from working.

Children's privacy

The Service is not intended for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Policy.
